SHIPPING POLICY
1. Discreet Shipping
Your privacy is our top priority. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked boxes or padded envelopes. There is no mention of our store name, product category, or any indication of the contents on the outer packaging. The sender name on the label will appear as a generic business name.
2. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email with your order details, followed by a shipping notification with tracking information once dispatched.
- We are unable to modify or cancel orders once they have been dispatched.
3. Shipping Options & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days — Free on orders over ₹999 (otherwise ₹99)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
4. Domestic Shipping
We ship to all valid addresses within India. P.O. Boxes are accepted for standard shipping. Some remote or rural areas, including certain northeastern states and island territories, may experience longer delivery times.
- Free standard shipping on orders over ₹999.
- Standard shipping on orders under ₹999: ₹99.
5. International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to:
- Customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country — these are the customer's responsibility.
- Extended delivery times of 10–21 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.
- Additional carrier charges for remote locations.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities. If a package is seized or refused by customs due to local regulations, we cannot issue a refund for the order.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package via the carrier's website or through your account dashboard on our site. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
- If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier before contacting us.
- We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- For packages lost in transit, contact us within 14 daysof the expected delivery date and we will investigate with the carrier.
- We are not liable for stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
8. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at therapyflesh@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order is processed. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-routing or re-shipment.
