RETURNS & REFUNDS
1. Our Commitment
Your satisfaction matters to us. We stand behind the quality of our products and want every purchase to meet your expectations. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
2. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- The return request is made within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The item is not listed as a non-returnable product (see Section 4).
- You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
Items that have been opened, used, or are not in original condition cannot be returned, regardless of the reason — except in cases of defect or damage (see Section 5).
3. How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at therapyflesh@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
- If approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the parcel.
- Ship the item to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibilityunless the item is defective or we made an error.
Do not send items back without an RMA number — they may be rejected.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:
- Opened or used products (for hygiene and safety reasons).
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page.
- Lubricants, cleaning products, and other consumables once opened.
- Downloadable or digital products.
- Gift cards.
5. Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or different from what you ordered, we sincerely apologize. Please:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Email therapyflesh@gmail.com with photos of the defect/damage and your order number.
In these cases, we will offer one of the following at no cost to you:
- A replacement item shipped to you.
- A full refund to your original payment method.
- Store credit for future purchases.
Return shipping for defective or incorrect items is covered by us.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method (UPI, credit/debit card, or net banking).
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the credit to reflect.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
7. Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
8. Order Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
- To cancel, email therapyflesh@gmail.comimmediately with your order number and subject line "CANCEL ORDER".
- Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled and must go through the return process.
- Approved cancellations will receive a full refund within 5–7 business days.
9. Chargebacks & Disputes
We strongly encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback with their bank. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension and recovery of costs. We are committed to resolving all legitimate concerns promptly and fairly.
